Scott Balay's Infinite Fish has the most impressive use of wild colors and textures I've seen on the web. Scott runs an Internet Doodle Box, sort of an online coloring book for digital artists. Definitely worth a visit.
J. Scott Hamlin's site, Eyeland, is run by another writer for New Riders Publishing. I get a lot of inspiration from Scott's books.
Scott has several pages with graphics freebies. What makes these freebies so special? Many of them were created by yours truly (that would be me :) ). So, if you'd like to get your hands on some web graphics created by me, drop by Eyeland.com. Tell Scott I said hi.
Doc Ozone's, run by Thaddeas Ozone, Photoshop guru extraordinaire and Javascript expert, is probably my favorite site on the Web. You can get lost for days wandering around and enjoying Doc Ozone's piece of virtual space. Doc, more often than not, uses only graphics and javascipt to show you around his remarkable site.
